Daymon Patterson Healthy Fast Food Review
Dr Oz loves eating healthy, but knows that many families don’t have the time. Between soccer games, piano practice, and ballet rehearsals, more families are frequenting the fast food chains between appointments.
Daymon Patterson is a Youtube fast food critic. He and Dr Oz talk about getting healthier with fast food. If you watch his Youtube channel, Daymon is not super healthy. He has a great show, which is now going to be on the Travel Channel, but it’s not super health friendly. For example, Denny’s Pancake Puppies. Fried pancake balls.
Dr Oz is going to give Patterson ways to still do his job, but do it healthier.
Dr Oz: Magnesium Deficiency & Magnesium Rich Foods
Dr Oz is addressing those fatigue questions again. He believes that the number one reason you are tired today is not because you stayed up all night playing apps on your phone, but because you are deficient in magnesium.
Magnesium is needed for normal bodily functions and is used in metabolism, heart rhythm, and immune function. If you’re feeling angry, anxious, irritable, or fatigued, you might want to learn more about magnesium deficiency from your doctor.
Dr Oz will give us a list of magnesium rich foods. Here is a taste test of what you will find on the list:
- kidney beans
- black beans
- wheat bread
- boiled spinach
