Energy boosting is usually a problem for most of us. We’re monsters before our coffee and then rush to Starbucks around 3 p.m. Dr Oz has been getting a ton of messages about exhaustion and he’s realized that it’s time to look further into the issue.
Fatigue Causes Irritability
An audience member Julie told Dr oz that she is tired all the time. She’s a full-time mom with a full-time job. Her routine is to get up at dawn, get the kids off to school with a nutritional breakfast and lunch packed, then make it to work by 8 a.m. But that time, she feels so tired she is irritable. She gets road rage regularly, is upset with the kids and yells at her husband on a daily basis.
Fatigue Leads to Anxiety
Anne told Dr Oz that she is feeling anxious as well as tired. She wakes up feeling drained, but needs to be on the ball to take care of her 10-month-old and 2-year-old. Coffee just isn’t cutting it anymore.
Empty Nester Feels Tired, Hormone Issues?
Kathy then told Dr Oz that she has no reason to be tired, her kids are all grown and out of the house. Still, this empty nester is always feeling tired. She’s so tired that she might take a nap in the afternoon and end up sleeping until the next day. Kathy said she has tried exercising and stopped eating fatty foods, but now she suspects it’s her hormones.
Dr Oz: Why Do We Need Magnesium?
Dr Oz said that these are all valid reasons to feel tired. Running around all day, chasing kids, taking on a full-time job, and trying to stay sane? It’s enough to drive anyone bonkers.
But the real reason Dr Oz thinks that many people nowadays are tired all the time is because of Magnesium Deficiency. He said there are over 300 different chemical reactions going on in the human body everyday that require Magnesium. It keeps your muscles working right, nerves functioning, heart functioning, immune system healthy, and bones strong. It’s even got a hand in energy and protein synthesis.
