Khloe Kardashian Breaks Down Weight Loss Plan
Khloe Kardashian has often joked about her being noted as the most voluptuous of the three sisters, but lately she’s been showing off her beautiful thinner figure. With working out four to five days a week, moderated meal portions, and dieting, Khloe has recently lost a reported 25 pounds.She is happy to share with her fans just how she shed the unwanted pounds.
In an interview with Life & Style Magazine, Khloe explains, “I try to eat better later in the day and if I want something sweet like a cookie, I’ll have one instead of eating a whole box of cookies. It doesn’t happen overnight, but as long as you’re consistent, I think that’s the key.”
Gunnar Peterson: Khloe Kardashian’s Exercise Routine
Consistency is important in any diet regimen, but it doesn’t hurt to have a personal trainer at your disposal as well. Khloe’s personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, works with her on different areas of her body, to get the results Khloe wants.
Kardashian told OK! Magazine that Peterson is great for her circuit training. She also mentioned that Peterson likes to use boxing as a warm-up saying, “Well I love to box. I’ve always boxed. I just love it. I’m good at it. I get the circuit really well. Like when they yell out numbers I’m really fast and good with it and it keeps me really entertained. I don’t get bored and you shed weight when you do it.”
Khloe Kardashian continually points out the importance of not getting bored while exercising. In the same interview with OK!, Khloe said she gets bored easily, so she constantly changes up her exercise routine. Pilates, Yoga, and cardio exercises are all at the top of her list, but she also likes to go hiking and swimming, ensuring a full body work out.
