Chris Powell: Weight Loss Formula

Dr Oz gets asked a lot, “How do I lose weight? I’m dieting, but I just can’t seem to drop the pounds.” That’s where Chris Powell comes in. He presented a weight loss formula that will help you drop weight.

This first thing you need to do is use Chris Powell’s formula to find out how many calories you burn in a day. When you know this you can determine how much you should eat everyday.

Calories Burned a Day = Actual Weight x 12

If you eat less than that number, you can lose weight and if you eat more then you will gain weight.

How Many Calories Do You Consume In A Day?

Dr Oz and Chris Powell took a look at an audience member’s food diary and found some big issues. While she thought she was consuming enough calories to lose weight, she was actually eating over 2,200 calories. It’s acutally common to think that you aren’t eating a ton of calories, and then overeat.

Powell said that a woman should use his formula, but never eat below 1,200 calories a day. This puts you in starvation and you’re more likely to gain weight.
