After you’ve investigated the diet changing pain relief plan, take a different approach. These seem like smarter choices, in my opinion. I particularly like the tip about taking a pencil and doing spot on massage to relieve pain. Just massage your muscle with the eraser side for 60 seconds and you should feel the pain release.
