Dr Oz Most Embarrassing Questions
For the first time ever, Dr Oz went uncensored for a whole hour of your most awkward, most humiliating, most mortifying questions about your health.

Dr Oz explained how cameltoe can affect your health in a big way. Also, what is ghost poop and why should you be worried about it?
Dr Oz: What Is a Ghost Poop?
First up, Renatha said she wants to know why, when you know you have to poop for hours and hours, you suddenly can’t when you find a bathroom. Dr Oz called it a ghost poop and it’s apparently a big issue.
What happens is you know you need to poop, but you hold it in. Your colon sucks the liquid from your feces and it becomes a really hard ball. If you have more food in your intestine, the same happens. Once you finally do use the bathroom, the pellets of feces will scrap, tear, and possibly fissures. These can become irritated, bleed and infection can happen.
Should you find yourself in a situation where you can’t go or find a bathroom, then drink lots and lots of water.
Dr Oz: Emotional, Stress Nosebleeds
Laura is a very stressed mom and grandma. She gets nosebleeds when she’s nervous or stressed out. Dr Oz said that when your stress hormones raise, so does your heart rate and your blood pressure. When your blood pressure spikes, you get a nervous nosebleed. The problem is that your nose blood vessels are fragile and will bleed first, but the blood vessels in your brain could also bleed. This means stroke and possible death.
Caffeine is something to avoid if you have something like this happen, but Dr Oz also said that putting ice packs on the back of your neck is a really smart idea.
Dr Oz: Cameltoe Can Cause Yeast Infections
Brenda asked Dr Oz if cameltoe is a health issue they should worry about. Dr Oz prefers to call these a reverse wedgie, meaning your pants are too tight. When reverse wedgies happen, you are cutting off the air supply to the labia, which have a certain amount of yeast and moisture. This ups the heat in your downstairs region and sweat builds up. Yeast starts to grow and you can be prone to yeast infections. Cameltoe, or reverse wedgie, have been proven to cause yeast infections, said Dr Oz.
The way to prevent this is to wear pants that fit correctly. The way to know if your pants are fitting right is to bend over and try to touch your toes. If you feel the tightness then you should choose a different size.
