Medical Myths You Think Are True
Dr Oz continued busting myths that you’ve been believing for too long. In fact, he’s been believing them to. Do frogs cause warts? Will not wearing your bra make your breasts sag?
Men Can’t Do Pelvic Floor Exercises?
Myth. Dr Oz said that he’s always brought up pelvic floor exercises for women, but he’s never had them for men. Turns out, men could increase their fun in the bathroom by doing pelvic floor exercises. He found a study that suggests 40% of men would be able to gain normal functioning in the bedroom if they worked their pelvic floor muscles for six months.

Dr Oz revealed two of the best remedies he knows. Duct tape is good for getting rid of warts. Plus, pelvic floor muscles help men with love making.
Making Love Burns A Lot of Calories
Myth. Dr Oz has said before that getting it on can burn enough calories to skip the gym. Turns out, this is a big myth. Dr Oz said that the average couple makes love for about 6 minutes, which only burns 21 calories. He equated that to working off 2 sticks of gum.
There are other benefits to love making, said Dr Oz. You can keep your heart young, keep your muscles flexible, and lower your stress hormones.
Do Frogs Cause Warts?
Myth. As a kid, you think that the warts on frogs could cause warts on you. False. Warts are just a common skin condition, like acne. They’re caused by many different things and Dr Oz estimates that almost every person in the world will have one at one point in their lives.
Warts are found on the hands and feet and around your nails. A tiny crack in your skin can cause viruses to take hold and grow. The skin cells grow out of control, like a tumor.
Duct Tape Remedy for Warts
Dr Oz said the best treatment he’s found is smothering the wart with duct tape. It will seal it off and prevent oxygen from getting in. After 6 days, use a pumice stone to scrape off the wart. Repeat the process and it should take a month to get rid of the wart.
