Dr Oz Fat Flush Water Recipe
Dr Oz’s Defy Your Age Show hit the ball out of the park again with his 10-day diet plan that actually has me excited! With ideas like Doctor Oz’s Fat Flush Water, Zucchini Pasta and Cauliflower Popcorn, how fabulous does it sound? The core of the diet is to drink lots and lots of the “magic” Fat Flush Water which you make by combining the following in a big container of water (I plan to do this in my Brita filter pitcher):
– one tangerine
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1 grapefruit slice
– 2 peppermint leaves
The idea is to drink a minimum of three glasses of Dr Oz’s Fat Flush Water, one eight-ounce glass before each meal, and to do this for a minimum of ten days. Sounds simple enough so far, right?
Dr Oz Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe
Another great recipe from today’s Dr Oz Show is his Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe. You can snack your way skinny while satisfying your cravings. Mix together two cauliflower heads (with the “flowers” cut into pieces) with 1 TB olive oil and 1 TB of hemp seeds. Place it on a cookie sheet and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 420 degrees.
Pycnogenol for Brown Spots
Dr Oz also discussed some of the latest and greatest in Anti-Aging products and devices. Dr. Joely Kauffman, who looks 31 years old but is really 41 years old, joined Doctor Oz to discuss some of her favorite things like Pycnogenol for Brown Spots. Dr Kauffman said that her secret weapon to fight off brown spots is to take Pycnogenol (50 mg) twice every day. You can also apply Pycnogenol directly to your skin to help lighten sunspots.
Dr Ro’s Fountain of Youth Shake Recipe
Dr Ro (also known as Dr Rovenia Brock) joined Doctor Oz as well to teach everyone how to make her famous Fountain of Youth Shake to keep us looking young from the inside-out. Just place the following ingredients into your blender, mix it up well, and drink it in the morning:
2 bunches spinach
½ peeled lemon
1 C coconut water
1 Tbsp ginger
1 green apple
3 pineapple spears
2-3 wheatgrass ice cubes
