Dr Oz’s Gas Smells
Dr Oz’s staff revealed that he has a big problem with gas. It smells, it’s silent but deadly, and he lets it rip whenever he pleases. Dr Oz knows it’s bad to hold that stuff in, so he lets it go. His staff asked Dr Jonathan LaPook to come in and sit down with Dr Oz, the Fart Master.

Dr Oz opened up about his smelly farts and why he’s gassing his staff. Cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli and cauliflower, are to blame for deadly gas.
As a gastroenterologist, Dr LaPook knows how this works. What happens is that not everything gets digested and bacteria in your intestinal track attack the extra waste, eating it and creating a gas as waste. That creates farts and that’s what smells. Dr Oz said he probably farts about 15 to 20 times a day, which is normal and healthy.
What Causes Farting?
Cruciferous vegetables, like cauliflower and broccoli are the culprits and causes of the smelly waste. They create a sulfur that just smells horrible. Dr Oz said cruciferous veggies are a staple. Dr Lapook had Dr Oz create a fake intestine with meat, eggs, and cauliflower. He grinded them up, the bacteria attacked, and the smell was just rotten.
Next, the sound. Silent but deadly farts are created by not so much volume and light pressure. Loud farts are created by hard pressure, fast and a lot of gas. Dr LaPook’s old family secret to beating the silent but deadly, or loud and deadly, is to go into another room and pass gas. But don’t come back immediately, because you will bring the gas with you.
To get the smell to go away, give yourself a little shake. Then, walk a little ways away and shake again. Once you’ve shaken off the fart, you are free to enter the room again.
