Dr Oz: Debbie Meyer BPA-Free Green Boxes Review
Danny Seo is a food expert and kitchen gadget guru. He taught Dr Oz about the new cool gadgets that make cooking fun.
The Debbie Meyer BPA-Free Green Boxes are proven to keep your produce fresher longer – up to weeks longer, in fact. They’re bright green, so you’ll never lose them and they are dishwasher safe. They’ll absorb the ethylene gas emitted by produce and keep them from going bad.

Dr Oz: Tea Ball Metabolism-Boosting Brew Recipe
Danny Seo also made a special metabolism-boosting brew, inspired by Dr Oz, using a tea ball. It’s like two Barbie sized strainers put together. Here’s how you do it:
Take the following ingredients:
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- A 4 inch cinnamon stick
- 3 tablespoons mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 capsaicin, dried
Now, put all of these in the tea ball, save the vegetable broth. Place the tea ball in a large pot with the broth and let it brew like a cup of tea.
Dr Oz: Beet & Potato Microwave Chip Maker
For those that love chips, Danny Seo had the answer. It’s a chip maker. What? Yes, and it uses the microwave! Just use a mandolin to slice up potatoes, beets, or anything your want chips out of. I’m feeling like apple chips might be fantastic. Then, place the pieces on a paper towel to blot excess juice and lay on the healthy chip maker. Cook in the microwave, per the chip maker’s instructions, and snack healthy, my friends.
Dr Oz: Heart Disease in The Family Warning Signs
High stress, family history, and low sleep are all things that can lead to heart disease. Since heart disease is the number one killer of women, Dr Oz found a few helpful bathroom items to help everyone with heart health.
Dr Oz: Heart Attack Prevention in the Bathroom
First off, a bathroom mirror. In the mirror look for the following, a crease in the earlobe, a receding hairline at the temple, a receding hairline at the crown of your head, and yellow deposits around the eyes. Having three of these clues means you have a 57% percent chance of having a heart attack.
Next, you want a vitamin D supplement. This at 1,000 IU a day, can play a big role in reducing heart issues. It keeps your glucose manageable and lowers blood pressure.
Also, make sure you have aspirin in the bathroom. 325 mg is an adult aspirin that you need if you are having a heart attack. Baby aspirin is for prevention, and this pill size equals four baby aspirin. You want to chew this because it gets into your blood faster. After you call 9-1-1, chew this up.
The last thing Dr Oz wants to see in your bathroom is a wall phone. A lot of people will forget the phone in another part of the house, fall down and are unable to call for help. Placing one low, near the toilet roll holder, can really help you out.
