So, there it is. There were a few disappointing runners-up in the list. If I had to be a judge I would have certainly switched the selections for #41 (Iggy Azalea) and #81 (Katherine Webb). Not sure who was looking at these pics when making the final list but they really need to take a second look.

Complex Magazine writer Doug Sibor wrote the article. It is mentioned after seeing all of the choices that the reasons for the selections is not merely the way these women look but also what they have accomplished throughout their complex lives, what they have overcome, and what they stand for today. I suppose that would explain many of the decisions we see. Rihanna certainly has clawed her way to the top spot and with those claws it doesn’t look like she will be letting that top spot go for some time! I guess next year we will need to check back and see if she holds onto it. Good Luck Rihanna! Hope you age gracefully…
