Dr Oz: Pea Protein Powder Reduces Cravings
Dr Oz asked three of his viewers, all women, to try Pea Protein Powder. Honestly this sounds gross, but in the name of health, Dr Oz pushes forward. The ladies were promised that they would see reduced cravings.

Dr Oz was wowed by the types of foods that can help you. Goji berries can reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s Disease and Pea Protein Shake can reduce cravings.
Pea Protein Powder is rich in protein and your body digests it more slowly. When you fill your body with junk food, you’ll start craving faster. Protein tricks your body into thinking you aren’t hungry.

The women that took Dr Oz’s challenge ate 300 less calories than they normally would just by replacing their snacks with Pea Protein Powder. Dr Oz said that this is typical, and dropping your calories by just 200 calories a day can have big results over time.
One of the ladies noticed a difference because she gained weight when she used Whey Protein. Dr Oz said that many people are allergic to Whey, and Pea Protein is the safer option.

Dellis’s memory boosting food of choice is the Goji Berry. It’s high in Beta Carotene and have more Vitamin C than oranges! Even better, this berry is high in B Vitamins. They regulate the levels of Homocysteine in your brain, a chemical which is believed to be associated with Alzheimer’s.
Dr Oz: Goji Berries Good for Heart Health
Just by taking 5 tablespoons of Goji berries a day you can help your heart and arteries, Dr Oz said. They keep the arteries from hardening and beat fatigue with a healthy dose of Iron. You can find Goji berries pretty much anywhere and they are similar to raisins, but have more tartness.
